This dynamic Tableau dashboard provides a data-driven overview of Airbnb performance in San Francisco, integrating key metrics such as average price, number of reviews, review score, and Superhost ratio across 6,500+ listings. I visualized trends over time, including the impact of COVID-19 on listing activity, and broke down seasonality patterns to identify peak performance months.

The dashboard includes a review density heatmap, a breakdown of average price by room type, and Superhost distribution across listing categories. By combining geospatial analysis, temporal trends, and categorical comparisons, the dashboard offers both macro- and micro-level insights for stakeholders interested in pricing strategy, host quality, and urban market behavior.

This project highlights my ability to transform large datasets into accessible, high-impact visual stories, with an emphasis on design, interactivity, and strategic relevance.
